Hi! I'm Tiffany, AKA CHOOCHOO-ca-CHEW. I'm a visual storyteller who loves sharing food and culture through the lens of photography. Fun facts about me: I was born and raised in Taiwan, and moved to Rochester MN, a small town (compared to Taipei), a few years ago to learn more about life on the other side of the globe (literally). You'll always find me in the kitchen or a hole-in-the-wall eatery with a camera strapped to me while I cook or eat, wandering around markets, supporting small local businesses, looking for creative makers or artists, camping in a rooftop tent, or sipping cortados at third wave coffee shops. If I were in Taiwan, you'll also find me in the ocean free diving or surfing. I'm always on an adventure and figuring out what "local" truly means, I'm really excited to share my discoveries with you. You can learn more about me at choochoocachew.com or follow me on social media @choochoocachew.
