It was a delight and honor to welcome 100 women to our first ever event Bloom: An Event for New and Expecting Moms. The morning was an opportunity to connect, equip and encourage mothers as they prepare to welcome a baby into their family or navigate the new waters of a new baby.

Bloom attendees had the opportunity to hear from local leaders in women’s health and wellness. These presenters provided valuable information to women on topics ranging from being mentally fit for motherhood to baby-wearing. Thank you to our Presenting Sponsors for their excellent presentations!

When not attending a educational session or getting a bite to eat, Bloom attendees were able to visit our Table Sponsors. And the fun didn’t stop there as all Bloom guests had the opportunity to enter to win some amazing giveaways. We are so thankful to our Giveaway Sponsors! It was also our honor to partner with the Ronald McDonald House. Event attendees brought in items from the Ronald McDonald house wish list to gain extra tickets for the giveaways! All in all we collected four large IKEA bags FULL of donations!
The morning was an incredible time of community, learning and motherhood. It was easy to see there was a shared kinship amongst all the women present. We are looking forward to the opportunity to foster more community amongst the women of Rochester.
