Join us for an oyster-fueled evening of “Merroir!” We’re hosting an expert-guided oyster tasting with Virginia Shaffer, oyster sommelier and founder of Lady Oyster. For one night only, Virginia will take you on a coastal adventure through Maine, introducing you to oysters from different estuaries and bays. You’ll learn all about how oysters grow, what influences their flavors, tasting etiquette, and hear stories from the farm! We’ll have delicious wine pairings and accoutrements to match.
