Join us for an oyster-fueled evening of “Merroir”! We’re hosting an expert-guided oyster tasting with Virginia Shaffer, oyster sommelier and founder of Lady Oyster in Maine. For one night only, Virginia will take you on a coastal adventure through Maine, introducing you to oysters from different estuaries and bays. You’ll learn all about growing oysters, the influences on their flavors, tasting etiquette, and stories from the farm! We’ll have delicious wine pairings and accoutrements to match.
Virginia’s tasting format is a groundbreaking and lively way to taste and celebrate oysters. You’ll fall in love with Maine and leave with a new appreciation for half shell!
