As Minnesotans, we know fall is a small window of time of blissful beauty until the temperatures really drop and Winter is here. In that window, our family likes to squeeze in as many fall activities as we can. Corn mazes are one of them! There is something so nostalgic and fun about a corn maze. Plus, they are often found on the grounds of apple orchards, which offer yummy treats and beautiful scenery for a perfect photo opportunity. Sekapp Orchard
3415 Collegeview Road East, Rochester
This corn maze is a winding labyrinth of six-foot stalks that challenges even the most avid puzzle solvers. The maze is a new design every year to keep things interesting for visitors. Sekapp Orchard opens for the season in August 2026. As a reward for making your way through the corn maze, be sure to stop for one of their delicious apples– caramel or no caramel, they are a treat! Not only do they sell apples, but they also sell squash, honey, cider, and beautiful mums.
Hours for the 2026 season:
July 30 – October 31, open daily, 9 am – 7 pm
November 1 – December 24, open daily, 9 am – 6 pm
Northwoods Orchard
This corn maze is at another beautiful apple orchard located right outside of Rochester, MN! Get lost in this maze as you wind your way through looking for hidden boxes. Or, try the smaller maze – just the right size for younger guests, with hidden boxes in a smaller and more confined area. There is something for everyone at Northwoods Orchard.
Hours for the 2026 season:
Tuesday – Sunday from August 29 through October 31. Tuesday – Saturday hours are 10 AM – 6 PM; Sunday hours are 1 PM – 6 PM.
Sever’s Corn Maze and Farm Market
Don’t let this location turn you away; it is well worth the drive! Located in Shakopee, MN, this is the largest corn maze in the area. It all started with their corn maze: the second-ever cut in the United States and the first, and still largest, in Minnesota. What began with a few stalks of corn in 1997 has grown into an annual tradition for thousands of families around the region. Along with the nationally praised corn maze, you’ll find an obstacle course, corn pit, zip lines, jumping pillows, petting zoo, live music, and more. You won’t want to miss it!
Here’s the rare part: Sever’s is dropping prices in 2026 while nearly everything else goes up. Early-bird tickets are $16 online and $19 at the gate, which is $6 to $7 cheaper than last year. Even better, the $45 season pass is gone because every general admission ticket now includes unlimited visits all season long. One admission, and you can come back again and again.

This expansive corn maze is located in scenic Lanesboro, MN. The 2026 Corn Maze is 10 acres with miles of trails. This year’s maze theme is Pickles! What makes this maze special is that there are not one, not two, but FIVE different options on how to see the corn maze. From following checkpoints to solving a mystery or exploring by flashlight, there is something everyone in the family will enjoy!
