Irish Fest

The focus of Irish Fest is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to explore Irish culture and history through a variety of entertaining and educational activities.

Run Wild 5K Trail Run | Quarry Hill Nature Center

Lace up for an adventure at this first ever 5k trail run in Quarry Hill Park! Run Wild through the woods, along the prairie and up over hill and dale during this unique trail running experience in one of Rochester’s premier parks. Proceeds benefit the Quarry Hill Summer Nature Camp Scholarship Fund, providing access to summer nature camp and ‘wild time’ for more than 100 campers.

Wild Child 1K Dash: Kids helping kids! Participants ages 10 and under run through the forest, along the stream and around the pond during this dash to raise money for summer camp scholarships So all kids can be wild and enjoy nature-rich lives!

A hands-on workshop where you and your child can build a rolling skateboard pencil case, just in time for back to school. Once the pencil box is built, your child can decorate it with The Home Depot stickers.

Cinemagic has teamed up with Channel One Regional Food Bank for free 9:00 AM family shows that run every Saturday morning! A donation is not required to enter, but there is a suggested donation of one can or package of a non-perishable food item per individual. There will be drop off containers inside the front doors for donations on any day not just Saturday mornings!

Biking Club | SCHEELS

SCHEELS Bike Club is a FREE weekly group ride. We will begin and end at SCHEELS.  The riders will be led by our SCHEELS Experts. Bike club is held every Tuesday, May 3rd through September 27th.

-Beginners and families are encouraged to participate in the social rides.  This 30-minute bike ride will go at a very casual pace, perfect for beginners.

-Moderate to strong riders are encouraged to participate in the group ride.

-Refreshments will be provided at the start of each ride.  Helmets are required.

-After your rid,e stop over to Applebee’s Apache Mall and receive a FREE Appetizer and drink specials.

Wiggle Wednesdays | Allegro School of Dance and Music

The big kids are heading off to school, so why not bring your little ones to Allegro the first Wednesday of each month for Wiggle Wednesdays! Big Iron Classic

The Big Iron Classic is the largest “Working Class” truck show in the Midwest for semi-trucks and trailers and one of the largest contributors of toys to local charities. The purpose of the show is many fold, to collect toys for charity, review new technology, show off your rigs, enjoy the truck pull and other events, but most of all it’s a good time for both the truckers and public alike.

Foragerfest

Foragerfest is an all day music, art, beer and food festival. Kid and dog friendly! Grape Stomp Festival | Five Daughters Vineyard & Winery

Muddy Warrior Run & Muddy Mile Kids Run

Unleash your inner warrior. Rocket down a gigantic slip-and-slide, shimmy under barbed wire, race over hay bales, scale warrior walls, take the leap of faith and immerse yourself in an ice infused tank — all in the name of good, clean fun.  Well, maybe not so clean.

Muddy Warrior Run is an annual obstacle mud run in SE Minnesota to support our wounded veterans. This year’s event will expand to include an after-party, live music, food vendors and more! And if you have a little one, get them involved in the fun with our first ever Muddy Warrior kids run (ages 7-13).

DISH and Wine: Ladies Night Out | Hy-Vee

Ladies, get a group of your friends together and enjoy this Special Edition Dish Workshop!

Each lady will enjoy:
Prepping 3 Dish Meals to take home. Chef created fresh appetizers to enjoy in class. A cupcake decorating lesson and a set of 6 cupcakes for each to decorate. Bar service from the Market Grille (Wednesdays are half price bottles of wine!). We will have suggested wine pairings for the appetizers, meals you are taking home, and cupcakes!
