The Landing MN’s C2 Forum – From Homelessness to Housing | Autumn Ridge Church

Mark your calendar for Thursday, March 12, and join The Landing MN for our upcoming C2 Educational Forum at Autumn Ridge Church.

This free, public event will bring together local agencies and community partners working to address homelessness in our region. The forum will highlight the continuum of care involved in supporting individuals and families as they navigate housing instability—from outreach and emergency services to long-term housing and community support.

The evening will begin with an opportunity to connect with local nonprofits through resource tables, followed by an educational forum featuring speaker presentations and shared perspectives from organizations engaged in this work. The event will conclude with a public Q&A and discussion, offering space for learning, dialogue, and collaboration.

Event Schedule:
• 5:30 PM – Nonprofit resource tables open; snacks and beverages provided
• 6:30–8:00 PM – Educational forum and speaker presentations
• Q&A – Public discussion to close the evening
