It’s still winter. Let’s find comfort wherever we can. My comfort cheese of choice? Sheep’s milk cheese.
Sheep’s milk cheeses can be soft, semi-firm, or aged. The flavors can be bright, nutty, creamy, and earthy—always endlessly flavorful. I’ll be working on some fun food pairings, and of course Autumn Gilliam’s expert wine pairings will be be-ewe-tiful.

DYK? Manchego is sheep’s milk, and yes, most people don’t know that. So if you like Manchego, this one’s for ewe. Come taste the full range—ewe deserve this.
