Michelle

Michelle is a solo parent of a kindergartener named Jonah and a pre-k student named Cleopatra. The mantra that has empowered her most is, “If I don’t do it, who will?”. She is a self-employed as a childhood literacy advocate. She is an ambassador for Barefoot Books and runs the Facebook page Barefoot Books with Michelle. She is a member of the PTSA at Rochester Montessori school and C.U.R.E. (Communities United for Rochester Empowerment). When she isn’t standing up for others, she can be found baking in the kitchen with her children, hiking, sharing stories, bussing her kids to and from after-school activities, and drinking unusual amounts of coffee.
