YOUR FAITH COMMUNITY & ALLYSHIP | Peace United

This is the second training in a four-part training series brought to you by OutFront Minnesota and Peace United. Our Allyship Training dives deeper into how congregations and people of faith can be in a closer relationship with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and best practices in allyship. We will also walk through an assessment of your congregation, reflecting on the ways you welcome queer folk and steps you might take as a congregation to welcome more widely. A community meal is served at 5 pm, and all training session attendees are welcome to join. Other dates for this training series are as follows: December 2 – Queer Theology 101, January 13 – Unclobbering the Bible.
