
Very Mindful – yoga workshop for teens | The Amethyst Yogi

These workshops offer the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation in a format specifically for teens, ages 13 – 17. Each workshop is guided by an overall theme to equip participants with a set of tools they can utilize as they move through common experiences in these developmental teen years. Each session includes ice-breaker games, individual reflections and meditations, art & creative exercises, yoga movement, and so much more!
