Tierney Parker Aka Mixie Madness

I’ve lived in Rochester most of my life, and I’m proud of the person it’s helped shape me into. The community here is so beautifully diverse,motivational, and inspiring. The good, the bad, the uncomfortable, the whimsical and fantastic. I try to reflect all of it in my work, because I want to share all versions of me and the place I call home.
I’m a self-taught mixed media artist. I use texture, found materials, and childhood memories to tell stories for anyone who’s ever felt strange, left out, or unheard. I see you, I was you,and I hope my work reminds you that you belong.
