There is arguably no director more synonymous with cinema than Stanley Kubrick. A former photographer who went on to direct 13 features – no less than 10 of which are certified masterpieces ranked among the best films of all time – Kubrick is known for his staunch attention to detail, impeccable design, and unique ability to fuse art house sensibilities with blockbuster style.
