S.M.A.R.T. Garden Children’s Activities | RCTC SMART Garden

Join the University of MN Extension Olmsted Master Gardeners for an outdoor activity geared toward children ages 3-8. There are 5 events occurring throughout the summer months with the following themes: June 19 – Gardening; July 3 – All About Seeds; July 17 – The Water Cycle; July 31 – Bugs! Bugs! Bugs!; August 14 – Garden Gnomes. At each gathering a book or two will be shared and the children, along with their parent/caregiver will be engaged in an activity related to the theme of the day. All events are held at the S.M.A.R.T. Garden which is located at the RCTC Heintz Center with parking available off of 19th Ave. SE across from the OMC Hospital.
