Poke the Goat Bockfest 2025 | Purple Goat

Purple Goat will be hosting our 3rd annual Bock Fest on our patio! The event is covered by our canopy and will have heaters and fireplaces to keep you warm while you drink delicious beer and enjoy a cool outdoor event in the Minnesota winter!
We will be featuring Schell’s Bock for this special event. $5 pints and $10 mugs. The mugs will be yours after purchase you will just have to pay for refills. Make sure to get here early because the mugs don’t last long and are only available while supplies last.
Bock poking is a time honored late winter/ early spring tradition that involves fire, metal, and Bock beer… Poking a Bock with a red- hot poker caramelizes the malt and sugars, creating a smoky character and creamy taste.
