An English Barleywine crafted with just four classic ingredients: rich Simpson’s Maris Otter malt, elegant East Kent Goldings hops, Thomas HardyEnglish Ale yeast, and a custom Rochester water blend. After spending 32 months resting in Old Fitzgerald barrels, it emerges layered, refined, and deeply expressive—an ode to tradition and time.
