Music Downtown: Danya | Peace Plaza
Danya Bashier is a fourth-year college student at the UMN-TC from Rochester, MN, and a self-taught singer-songwriter. Having sung since childhood, she now writes songs and performs both her own music and covers, blending soulful vocals with acoustic guitar to share her passion both live and online.
Music Downtown brings live music to the Peace Plaza and other downtown locations, encouraging passers by to enjoy the music of local artists over weekday lunch and happy hours, and Friday evening concerts on Historic Third Street.
This program is presented by Rochester Downtown Alliance with support from Mayo Clinic, Altra Federal Credit Union, Olmsted Medical Center. The series is coordinated by John Sievers and Threshold Arts.

11 am – 1 pm | Tuesday through Friday*
4 – 6 pm | Sunday through Thursday*
*when Thursdays Downtown is not in session
HISTORIC THIRD STREET:
5 – 7 pm Fridays
