Monday Night Yoga | Miss Angie’s Place

Join our welcoming community for a gentle yoga practice designed to nurture your body and calm your mind. Each session includes a mindful warm-up, a series of simple poses to support balance and strength, and ends with a relaxing cool down and restful savasana.

No experience necessary — all bodies and abilities are welcome. Come as you are!

This is a donation-based series, with a suggested contribution of $10–$15 per class. Donations can be made online or at the door. No one will be turned away for inability to contribute.
Half of all donations will support Miss Angie’s Place, helping to give back to the community.

A few stairs are necessary to enter the building. The bathroom is in the basement.
