Chia-Hsuan Lin conducts Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 5. With a theme so powerful it has come to be known as the sound of fate itself. In his showdown with fate, Tchaikovsky takes us on an epic journey -through an ominous beginning, stirring middle, and victorious conclusion. Program also includes Rossini’s Overture to Semiramide, and the Dolly Suite by Fauré.
