About the Artist
Jennifer Eckhardt is a Rochester based artist and meditation teacher whose work is rooted in mindfulness. Through her art, she invites the viewer to connect with the present moment, offering a space for reflection and stillness. Her process begins at the center of each piece and radiates outwardly, most often without a fixed plan, each step guiding the next. For her, the act of creation is a meditation itself, bringing comfort and equanimity to the process. Eckhardt’s goal is not for her work to be thought-provoking, but rather to offer a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with a deeper sense of being.
