Fall Equinox Craft Night – Gratitude Board | The Amythest Yogi

Welcome the fall season with gratitude, grounding, and community. As we transition from the firey, active energy of summer into the cool, calm stillness of winter, it’s important to take time to reflect on what we are grateful for as we seek balance in our mind and body – as nature finds balance between day and night.
Each crafter will receive an 8 x 10 inch foam board to decorate, creating a visual reminder of what you’re most grateful for. Materials available will include craft paper, faux florals and leaves, markers, decorative tape, magazines, glue, rhinestones, stickers, and more! (If you have something you want to use, feel free to bring it!) Ribbon will be provided to create a hanging strap for your board.
Table and floor seating will be available. These two hours will purely be for crafting, chatting, and having fun! Hot tea available.
