A healthy walk and educational chat! Join EA Therapeutic Health, Rochester Parks and Recreation and an area doctor to learn about health, take a walk and meet new friends. You choose your distance and pace. Free event and all are welcome.
Annie Waniger, M.D. is the featured speaker and will present on the topic “Goal Setting and Building Healthy Habits”.

10:00 am: Dr Waniger’s Talk
10:15 am: Indoor Walk Begins
Registration and Dr Waniger’s talk will take place in the lobby of the Rochester Regional Sports Center/RCTC. The indoor walk will take place at the fieldhouse track.
