Session Two – Finding Your Foundation – Root Chakra: Building your foundation to find stability, embodiment, health, and prosperity.

A journey of healing and awakening through the chakras. Through the deep relaxation and expanded awareness of the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra and the restorative sounds and vibrations of a Sound Bath we will explore each chakra, bringing balance into your life. The experience consists of eight weekly sessions. Each weekly session is complete on its own or can be experienced as part of the entire series.

This class can be experienced either sitting or lying down. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and/or whatever else you will need to feel most comfortable.

We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Programs that do not meet the minimum enrollment two days before the scheduled date will be cancelled.
