Taste of Philippines, located at 100 1st Avenue SW, Suite 209, in Rochester, MN, is the city’s first Filipino restaurant, offering authentic Filipino cuisine. Opened on November 1, 2023, in the Skyway Food Court, it serves signature dishes like Pork Adobo, Pancit, and Halo-Halo. Owner Irene Mills, a Rochester resident for eight years, established the restaurant to share Filipino culture and flavors with the community.

Born and raised in Rochester, she considers herself a Minnesota girl through and through having spent time in many areas of the state.
