Join us for a 7-week study of the Yamas – the first limb in the 8 limbs of yoga and the ethical principles intended to guide us in our practice. The Yamas are a great place to start for anyone new to yoga or wanting to enhance their existing practice. We will explore several perspectives on these ethical restraints, plus grounded applications to our present lives.

This study is free for studio members and $100 for non-members.
