Location: ANYTIME FITNESS (Studio room). 1629 N Broadway Ave, Rochester, MN 55906
Time/date: Classes run from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM Wednesdays. Arrival starts at 6:20 PM.
Class intensity: Beginner to moderate. (expect elevated heart rate and sweating)

Format:
1. Begin with a 10 minute intro, ice-breaker and warm-up.
2. ~35 minute timed circuit workout. Rotating between 4-6 workouts for several rounds.
Tempo is usually 30-40 seconds of work with 20-30 seconds of rest. Repeated.
3. Ending with a 5 minute cool-down.

Progressions and regressions will be available for exercise movements done in class. Ask at any time. Attendees are encouraged to move at a pace that feels challenging yet sustainable. Take breaks as needed.

Site details: Park in lot in front of Anytime Fitness. I prop the front door open at 6:20 PM. Studio is reserved for class and has windowed doors. Temperature may rise in room during classes. Wear breathable clothes and bring a water bottle. There are drinking fountains and restrooms with showers on site.

Free supplies available during class for use by attendees: hand sanitizer, body wipes, spray deodorant, chafe powder, lotion, hair ties, head bands, bonnets, masks, noise-canceling ear plugs and bandaids.
