Matthew Winkler Artist Reception | Threshold Arts

Threshold Arts presents its first exhibition of 2024 in their Broadway gallery at 311 South Broadway in downtown Rochester. Matthew Winkler: Revision is a body of work that invites the viewer to reflect on how one experiences the world around them. The public is invited to celebrate Matthew at an artist reception on Thursday, February 1 at 5:30 pm.

Winkler is a Pine Island based artist with a background in collage, painting, and sculpture. He is a current Minnesota State Arts Board grant recipient who earned his MFA in Visual Art from California State University, Long Beach and a BA from Williams College. Teaching art at the college level and in the community are a part of Matthew’s career as an artist and he is currently adjunct faculty at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona.
