Enjoy a 30 minute break in your day as we move and breathe through some simple yet effective stretches. Give your body a much needed break, no matter if you’ve been sitting at a desk all morning or going from appointment to appointment.

No prior experience needed, all abilities welcome! This class is offered on a sliding scale, pay what you can model.
