Inversions: a 3-week workshop | Amethyst Studios

We are so excited to offer this 3-part workshop all about inversions!

Our staff member, Autumn, is completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training and has tons of gymnastics experience, including teaching at ROGA! She is thrilled to share her gymnastics knowledge and fresh eyes on yoga material for this focused look at inversion technique. We will explore how to build and use the strength, balance, and flexibility needed for inversions like handstands, warrior 3, and dancer pose.

Classes will be on Fridays, November 6, 13, and 20, from 6:15-7:15 PM at Amethyst Studios.
This workshop is free for studio members and $45 for non-members.
