🥋 Kids Self Defense (Grades 3–6)

🥋 Women’s Self Defense (Ages 12+)
🕐 1:00 – 2:00 PM
These sessions are designed to teach practical self defense skills, build confidence, and help students learn how to stay safe in real-world situations. Whether it’s your child’s first class or you’re joining us for the women’s session, we can’t wait to have you on the mats!
