Bluey’s Backyard: a New Immersive Play Space | CAMP

Minneapolis families are invited to step behind the Magic Door and explore, play and discover fun like never before as CAMP, The Family Experience Company, and BBC Studios bring the all-new immersive playdate Bluey x CAMP: Bluey’s Backyard to CAMP Minneapolis at Southdale Center, opening its doors February 14.

Located on the ground floor of 10 Southdale Center, Room 1310A, CAMP Minneapolis will also feature a permanent retail space filled with toys, accessories, The CAMP Slime Bar, and Splatter Zone, a party room for youngsters’ birthdays and one of CAMP’s signature playable trucks. With eleven CAMP locations nationwide in cities like Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York and more, CAMP has delighted kids and grown-ups alike with viral toys, unforgettable events, and award-winning immersive adventures. Like all CAMP locations, CAMP Minneapolis will feature rotating themed experiences behind the Magic Door, starting with Bluey’s Backyard, making Minneapolis the second of two locations to debut this theme in the United States.

Inspired by the Emmy®-award-winning animated series Bluey, Bluey’s Backyard arrives in Minneapolis, inviting children and their families into a vibrant 3,500-square-foot world where creativity reigns and playtime comes to life in Bluey’s Backyard with Bluey’s beloved games. Created in collaboration with BBC Studios and the show’s Emmy®-winning producers at Ludo Studio, the experience transforms CAMP Minneapolis into the ultimate interactive playdate.

Families enjoying Bluey x CAMP: Bluey’s Backyard can look forward to:
Play their favorite Bluey games — from Obstacle Course and Rug Island to Pizza Girls and more
Hunt for hidden Leaf Bugs and Long Dogs throughout the Backyard
Get creative with hands-on crafts inspired by the show
Join in a surprise Dance Mode with Bluey herself
Wrap up their visit with a special family photo after about an hour of exploring and play

Every moment at CAMP is designed to spark imagination, laughter, and connection, offering an unforgettable experience for kids and caregivers alike. Families can spend up to an hour exploring at their own self-guided pace and can join pop-up activities led by CAMP Counselors and enjoy special surprises throughout their visit.

Across all Bluey x CAMP locations, families can shop an exclusive co-branded Bluey collection of toys and merchandise. Giftable favorites from the collection include the Bluey x CAMP Heeler Family Car Doodler, perfect for family vacations; the Bluey Ring Tower stackable wooden toy; and the Bluey and Bingo Ears Headbands, which transform little ones into their favorite Heeler.

Like all CAMP experiences, Bluey x CAMP: Bluey’s Backyard will be available for a limited time, and CAMP Minneapolis will offer future immersive experience themes.
