Rochester Local is often asked about places to swim indoors, so we’ve put together a list of the options for you! We know it’s a short list…but it’s complete, and we will continue to add to it as other options become available.

Rochester Athletic Club
Location: 3100 19th Street NW in Rochester
Admission: You must be a member to use the Rochester Athletic Club or be a local area guest (local area guests can use the club with a member once every 30 days). Membership and guest passes are available. For guest rates, click here. For membership pricing options, click here.
Rochester Recreation Center
Location: 21 Elton Hills Drive NW in Rochester
Open Swim: Saturday and Sunday, 1:00 – 2:45 PM
Open Lap Swim:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:30 – 11:45 AM and 12:00 – 1:15 PM
Tuesday, Thursday: 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM and 12:30 – 1:15 PM

Best Western Rochester
Location: 1517 16th Street SW in Rochester
Pool Hours: Monday – Friday 4 – 10 PM, Saturday & Sunday 10 AM – 10 PM
Admission: $10/person, children 2 and under are free. No registration is required, but you will be asked to fill out a waiver at the front desk.
