LIVE MUSIC – Nicky Nieling | The Shoe Beverage Bar

Some artists you catch whenever you want. Nicky Nieling isn’t one of them. He doesn’t play out often, which makes this night a real treat. Nicky was the very first official Live at The Shoe performer, and we’re thrilled to welcome him home.

Nicky is a Minnesota singer-songwriter whose songs come from classic folk, blues and country. He writes about what he lives and what he notices: love, traffic, self-doubt, hope, and the daily grind. His songs hold onto optimism and despair at once, like “Off the Rails,” which is about hoping for better days while getting through the everyday. He even has a holiday song about the good, the bad, and the eggnog.

In our listening room, it’s just Nicky, his guitar, and songs that feel like conversations with an old friend. Grab a drink, settle in, and listen close.

Seating is limited, so get your tickets early.
