Driftless Discovery: Fall Hike Series | Beaver Creek Park

Join the Minnesota Driftless Hiking Trail this fall for Driftless Discovery, a hike series. Each month, MDHT will offer a guided environmental education hike at a location across the trail corridor, followed by a social for hikers to get to know one another, celebrate progress on the trail, and share the excitement about this project.

A big thank you to our Title Sponsor, Aefintyr, for supporting the Driftless Discovery Hike Series this year! A special thank you to Mi Energy Cooperative for their support through their community grant program. We are so grateful to you both!

Spots are limited, and registration will be required. See below for information about the next upcoming hike and how to register.

November Driftless Discovery:

Join the Minnesota Driftless Hiking Trail at Beaver Creek State Park on Saturday, November 7, from 8–11 a.m. for our third Driftless Discovery Hike!

This month, join Driftless Area Naturalist, Sara Holger, on a hike into the past! We’ll explore the area’s hidden natural history and long-lost human stories. This interactive hike will stop at various locations to share fun facts and stories. Bring a water bottle and a walking stick!

Hikers will walk approximately 3-4 miles on a moderately graded trail.

Spots are limited, and registration is required. To register, email director@mndriftlesshikingtrail.org to request a spot. You may register yourself and others; if registering additional hikers, please include their names in your email.
