Updated September 2025
As Minnesotans, we know fall is a small window of time of blissful beauty until the temperatures really drop and Winter is here. In that window, our family likes to squeeze in as many fall activities as we can. Corn mazes are one of them! There is something so nostalgic and fun about a corn maze. Plus, they are often found on the grounds of apple orchards which offer yummy treats and beautiful scenery for a perfect photo opportunity. Visiting these corn mazes is definitely something you should add to your day trip bucket list!

Sever’s Corn Maze and Farm Market
Don’t let this location turn you away–it is well worth the drive! Located in Shakopee, MN, this is the largest corn maze in the area. It all started with their corn maze: the second-ever cut in the United States and the first—and still largest—in Minnesota. What began with a few stalks of corn in 1997 has grown into an annual tradition for thousands of families around the region.
