We are launching a SE girls Heat program 
Lock in some key dates to join the largest program in the Midwest and we can’t wait for tryouts in October!
Who? Girls grades 5-11 
When? Next AAU season, spring 2027
Open gyms this fall with tryouts in October 
Where? Southeast MN, Rochester area
