What is Junk Journaling!? Junk Journaling is a form of creative, mixed-media scrapbooking that uses memories and “junk” to make a handmade journal. It’s a practice that encourages and embraces imperfection, creativity, and mindfulness by repurposing items like junk mail, old book pages, receipts, photos, and other found objects to preserve memories and express yourself.
