Chilly weather is soon to arrive and with that, the holiday season begins.
Mayowood is a 23,000-square foot, thirty-eight room home built in 1910 by Dr. Charlie and Edith Mayo. The home is built of concrete construction, the first of its kind in southeast Minnesota. Once a 3,300-acre country estate, the home has seen many changes over the years and every holiday season it is transformed into a winter wonderland of beauty and joy by volunteer decorators.
This year join us for “Christmas Around the World” tours. Experience a world of wonder and delight as we celebrate diverse cultures and traditions at Mayowood Historic Home. Admire the elegant décor adorned with seasonal decorations from around the globe during this much anticipated tour.
These magnificent holiday tours will include a passport to 14 different countries beginning November 2 through December 15, 2024.
NO TOURS ON THANKSGIVING or MONDAYS.
