Lunch with Local Leaders – Taryn Edens | Rochester Public Library

Join us as we welcome Taryn Edens, Rochester Assistant Director of Housing & Development, as our guest at our next Lunch with Local Leaders session.

The City of Rochester continues to break records for the amount of development coming to our community, exceeding $1 billion in building revenue in 2025. Community Development staff will provide an overview of recent development projects around the community so you’re in the know about what’s coming and the considerations regarding opportunities and impacts during construction. This can also be an opportunity to share resources to be aware of what development is in the pipeline.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch. Parking in downtown public parking ramps is free for less than an hour.

(To get an additional hour of free parking, bring your ramp entrance receipt and your library card to the front desk for validation. This is a pilot program beginning June 1.)
