Artists’ Reception: “Art as Medicine” | Gallery 24

Join Gallery 24 for an evening of mingling, refreshments and emotionally evocative art celebrating this month’s theme, “Art as Medicine.” The exhibition features work by local community members exploring healing through their chosen medium, including five life-size felted hearts tracing injury and recovery, fiber art lungs, a batik brain and a woven wall-hanging incorporating the final heartbeats of the artist’s father. Free, family friendly and open to the public. The exhibition remains on view all month during gallery hours.
