Join us at SPARK for a half-hour yoga session with Sunny, specifically for kids and families! Introducing yoga to children helps establish healthy habits at an early age.
Yoga can enhance a child’s strength, coordination, and flexibility while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. It can reduce a child’s anxiety and stress and promote a sense of calmness.
SPARK will provide yoga mats. The program is included with museum admission or membership.
