Yoga for Strength | Janky Gear

This class will begin with breath work and a full body warm up. Class will then transition into sequences that focus on strength building asanas (poses). Each class will explore strength in all major muscle groups, with one general muscle group (arms, core, legs, etc.) that will be pinpointed each week. Practice will close with gentle stretching and a well-deserved savasana (meditation & recovery).
