Gentle/Beginner Yoga | Miss Angie’s Place


This class will be a slower-paced class to rejuvenate, relax, and strengthen the mind and body. We’ll slowly warm the body up, move through a series of gentler, lighter-paced poses focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility, and then cool down and relax. Gentle yoga is for all levels of experience and flexibility.
