Aspects of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga will be featured in this class while linking movement to breath. There will be quick-flowing sequences with a mix of poses focusing on strengthening, lengthening, and stretching through a creative series. This class is appropriate for individuals with some yoga experience or a good understanding of their body and how it moves.
