Chef Sophia is hand selecting various artisan cheeses that compliment the season and pairs perfectly with four delectable Salem Glen wines. Reservations are encouraged to confirm availability and can be made by emailing info@salemglenvineyard.com or calling 507-365-8758.
Cost is $30 for one cheese board and one paired wine flight OR $50 for one cheese board and two paired wine flights.
