Adult Open Gym | ROGA

ROGA’s Adult Open Gym is a non-structured time for adults looking to refresh old skills, learn something new, or stay fit using any of the equipment in our facility – competition trampolines, 60 ft TumbTrack, rod floors, spring floors, men’s high bar, women’s uneven bars, single rails, beams, vault tables, rings, parallel bars, and pommel horse.
ROGA’s new Ninja rig is great for adults as well! Come give the salmon ladder, peg board, or warp wall a try.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
